There is nothing wrong with your strong desires for your partner; however, a good place to start would be a discussion about your wants and needs balanced with your partner’s. What are you doing with your free time now? Are you and your partner both retired? What was your libido like before retirement? These are all good areas to discuss and explore. You and your wife may find it helpful to schedule an appointment with a sex therapist who can help guide the discussion.
